Authors retain full ownership of the content they create and upload. Blurb Publishing Co does not claim rights to your book, images, or designs. You are solely responsible for securing necessary permissions for any third-party material you include.

Payments

Costs are based on the services you choose, such as printing, eBook creation, or distribution. Payment must be completed before printing or distribution begins. Taxes and shipping charges may apply depending on your region.

Printing & Distribution

Once a project is approved for printing or distribution, files cannot be changed. Please review your book carefully before submitting to ensure accuracy.

Refunds & Cancellations

Orders can be canceled with a full refund if printing has not yet started. Once printing is underway, refunds are not available. For distribution services, cancellation must occur before your title goes live.

Revisions

Any changes to your manuscript or design must be made before final approval and submission. After submission, revisions require creating a new version of the project.

Use of Platform & Limitations

• Blurb provides tools and services for self-publishing but does not edit or proofread your content.
• We are not responsible for errors, typos, or formatting issues in files you provide.
• You are responsible for ensuring your content complies with copyright laws and does not violate third-party rights.
• Blurb is not liable for indirect damages, lost sales, or delays caused by shipping carriers or third-party retailers.
• Using our services does not create an employment or agency relationship with Blurb Publishing Co.
